Awards


Annually, since its inception, the National Association of Case Management has sponsored Xcel Awards in Case Management highlighting the accomplishments of individual case managers, peers, supervisors, and programs. In addition, beginning in 2023, the Xcel Award has a new category: Support.  This category includes personnel in Human Resources, Fiscal, Program Support, Information Technology, Compliance, Training, Safety, etc.  Beginning in 2013, Service Access and Management, Inc. began sponsoring the National Association of Case Management Innovations in Case Management Award which honors an innovative case manager, program, or organization. These awards, and any specialty awards, are presented each year at the National Association of Case Management's annual conference.  Please submit the Award Nomination Form to nacm@yournacm.com no later than June 30, 2023. This process will include emailing your nominee references to ask them to complete a survey on the nominee.
