During the COVID-19 pandemic, employees were more engaged and felt employers cared more for their wellbeing. Since life has started returning to 'normal', engagement scores have plummeted. Truly connecting with ourselves, with others, and with the mission of our agencies must be critical priorities to ensure we do not return to 'business as usual'.
